The Evenz App fetches information from random web pages, social media portals and other public access online spaces. We cannot guarantee preciseness with public information and it is the responsibility of the user to check and validate the authenticity of public data.

Data collected

We collect personal data such as the IP address of your device, domain servers and other related data essential to facilitate and establish an effectual interface between your device and the app.

You approve of Evenz taking charge of your personal information such as your username, e-mail address and mobile number you provide during the creation of your personal account in Evenz. We do not share your personal information with any third party.

We do not take responsibility over the protection of your personal data when you access a third party site directly from Evenz.

Deletion of data

Feel free to contact us whenever you want to remove your data from Evenz. If the verification procedure goes well, your data will be deleted from our database. Once your data is removed, you will cease to be a part of Evenz. Since Evenz collects data from the internet, removing your data from our database does not mean the original source is deleted.

Personal Data Use

1. Evenz shall make use of the personal data you provide to send promotional emails and give you a better user experience based on your preferences.
2. We may use your personal data to improve our services. Evenz may use the service of other companies to track the performance of the app and in that case, your personal information shall be used by the companies concerned to calculate the result.
3. Evenz may disclose your personal information to third parties if required to fall in line with legal procedures or defend the rights of the company or individual safety.

Children’s privacy

Evenz intends to serve people of more than 18 years of age. Collection of personal information by Evenz from people below the age bar at any instance is unintentional. The collection of personal data from individuals below the age of 18 may also happen because of the app’s nature of collecting data from the public web spaces.

We strive hard to provide the users with maximum security. However, it is impossible to extend 100% protection to your personal data as the entire digital space is vulnerable to hacking attacks.
